Black Iron Rub was born out of a love for Texas barbecue. Cofounder and avid cook Rigin Kelso has been making world-class briskets, ribs, pork loins, and more for years, becoming locally famous in the San Angelo area for his cooking. On the journey to perfecting his craft, Rigin created an all-purpose spice blend that he could apply with a heavy hand while not oversalting.
